Given
the low numbers of players, we are changing how we set up the sessions. They will be set up as Practice sessions
ready to go, so if 4 or more players
want to play, just turn up and play without the need for a director.
If there are 2 or more tables and you’d like to play Teams or Duplicate, Contact A Director and they
will set it up.

As
the Lounge is not being used, I have removed it from the diary. If you’d like to play outside the regular
sessions, please contact me or Drew.
·
If
you would like to play the prepared hands in the Learning Tab, find 4 players
and contact Alistair who will set it up.
·
Remember there is a charge of £0.50 per player per
session for members and £1.00 for guests.

For Regular
Rollup Pairs: -
o
Pre-arranged
partners should sit opposite each other on lower numbered tables. Any singles
sit on higher numbered tables to wait for a partner.
o
Players must be
seated 5 minutes before the start to allow the Directors enough time to
work out the format, number of rounds and boards
to suit the number of people seated, and to start on time.
o
If your partner
is missing, please call them, as it is not fair on others, or the Directors.
o
Latecomers may be
able to catch up where there is a sitout and
space on the last table but that cannot be guaranteed.

For Regular
Open Teams Rollup: -
o
Pre-arranged teams of 4 should all be
sitting on an available table a minimum of 5 mins before start time otherwise
your team may not play.
